Where can we purchase prints?You can purchase artist's limited edition prints directly from our print shop or you can contact me via an email at emiliemori@gmail.com. Do not hesitate to contact me, we are always happy to help

Do you ship internationally?Yes. I ship my artworks to any destination in the world.

How do you ship artwork?All prints are shipped rolled in hard protective tubes to insure safe delivery and to protect your art. The tube construction also makes unpackaging quick and easy. If I can give you an advice, open the tube and take the print out of it at your professional framing service so you will avoid print damages. I send the prints via DHL courier. It takes around 3-5 days. All artworks will be shipped fully insured.

Once I purchase a piece of art, how many days will it take to arrive?Print is typically shipped within five to ten business days. Shipped art may take only 3-5 days via DHL courier, depending on the destination country and your preferences. Ordered books may take up to 5 days to be delivered in France. Worldwide orders may take up to 10 days and more. If you need artwork delivered on a tight deadline, please contact me after placing your order at emiliemori@gmail.com so that we can arrange expedited shipping.

How much does shipping cost?We send the artworks via DHL courier - the world's largest package delivery company and a leading global provider of specialized transportation and logistics services. Shipping costs are around 40 - 170 EUR depending on the destination country, package size and your preferences.

What kind of materials and printing technique you use?All photos are available for purchase as a Limited Edition full color prints. We use an archival 100% cotton fine art paper Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Baryta 315 g/m² with pigment ink of the highest museum quality and standards which guarantees long lasting color and saturation.

What does “Limited Edition” mean?All of Emilie’s artworks are labeled as a Limited Edition. Pieces that are in a limited edition are produced in a set limited quantity. Limited edition works are generally more valuable because of the limited number available. Each print contains Certificate of Authenticity, personal signature on the back bottom right and it is limited edition. Once limited editions run out the prints will no longer be available.

What does “Artist Proof” mean?The term artist proof is used in connection with limited edition prints. It is a common practice that an artist keeps 5 out of a limited print edition for his own use. Artist Proof prints are of exactly quality, type, and media as the regular edition. AP would be set aside and not included in the number of the limited edition print run. A photograph have always 5 AP’s, and some of them may be made available for purchase if the rest of the edition is sold out.

Do you provide framing services?I prefer sending rolled prints in a tube, but I am also able to offer framing for all photographs. If you are interested in framing for your print, please contact us at emiliemori@gmail.com and I would be happy to help you.

How do I return a piece of artwork?Our return process is easy. When you first receive your purchase, save the original packaging. Repackage the art in its original tube and contact us at emiliemori@gmail.com. Photographs that is returned damaged will not be refunded.

What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?I package all prints into hard protective tubes to insure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact me within 24 hours at emiliemori@gmail.com. Please save the tube and all packaging material and take some photos of damaged print; we must have it in order to process the claim.

Is it possible to license your photos?Yes, all of Emilie’s photographs are available for licensing. Get in touch from the contact page.

Do you sell your artworks as NFTs?No.

Can we share your work?Yes, sure you can share Emilie’s work if you include her name, website: www.emiliemori.com and link to her facebook page and instagram. However, you can not use her photos without our permission in any publication. If you want our permission, please contact me.

Where do you live?The studio is located near Paris, France.

What forms of payment do you accept?You can pay by credit/debit card or with PayPal via my website print store. If you want to make payment via wire transfer, contact me. A wire transfer can be made from one bank account to another bank account.

Does the price include VAT?French artist-author status is VAT-exempt

Is the artwork purchased at your store a financial investment?I encourage art patrons to purchase artwork for enjoyment and aesthetic values. However, art can be a financial investment as the demand for a particular piece of artwork grows.

May I return a piece of artwork if it does not meet my expectations?I want you to love your new art, so if a piece doesn't quite work in your space, return it within 14 days (fourteen) of receiving your order and we will issue you a refund for the price of the art. Art must be returned in its original packaging. At this time, there are no returns on special orders or artwork that is altered at the request of the customer. The right to withdraw from the purchase does not apply to works order to print to order and / or according to the specific requirements of the collector. (In particular, large-format prints, framed, unframed) The 14-day withdrawal period is valid for products including archival prints of the limited A2 edition, archival prints of the limited edition A3+, books.
